Westport Big & Tall has a 30 day return window. I did not open one of the pair of slacks I ordered for 3 months, just did not have the time to get them altered. To my surprise, the waist size was 6 inches too small. When I called customer service, I was told no return would be allowed, no exceptions. Their error, not mine. So, when you have a reasonable reason for the 30 day rule to be relaxed, just call again and you'll likely get someone like I did who will set up a return for a store credit, preserving the past good experience I've had with everything I've purchased from them to date. They lose one star for my having to call twice. Hopefully my call was recorded and the first agent will get some retraining.

As someone who is 6’6”, I’ve struggled my whole life to find clothes that fit well and still look stylish. At 24, keeping up with fashion is important to me, and Westport Big & Tall has given me the opportunity to do exactly that. The selection is modern, the fit is great, and it’s refreshing to finally find clothes made for taller guys without sacrificing style. I’ll definitely be back for more, and I highly recommend this store to anyone else who has had the same struggle.

I ordered a blazer and was informed it was back ordered. As that day approached I received another email saying it was delayed again which already pushed it past the event I purchased it for. When I asked for them to provide alternatives it was like pulling teeth. The alternatives they provided were twice the price of the original item I wanted. They offered to cancel my order but I said I still wanted it. I've since received two more notices that the item has been delayed again and will now (possibly) arrive two months after ordering. When I finally sent an email about cancelling the order it has gone unanswered. I really wanted to like this company but their customer service, retention and general operation have failed in every way.

Had a purchase over 30day return, was told could not return. But they said would send it up the chain to see what they could do. I was a very good customers and they let me do a store credit all with in 30 minutes That is customer service. Thank you to Betty.

Absolutely love the clothes. As a person who is 6'6 finding tall companies is hard enough but finding companies who sell tall clothing that actually fit right is a godsend. Not only that, their customer service was fantastic. Had an issue with an order that was not their fault and they rectified it quickly. Their response time was fantastic

First thing you need to know is I RARELY give five stars. A company must hold exceptional standards while delivering a quality product. Westport has accomplished that in a single week’s worth of transactions. Here’s some highlights: 1) A beautiful array of selection of clothing at an affordable price. And I found something that was on clearance but was a no return no exchange was apart of the deal. I sized up on the purchase as I wasn’t sure. 2) Quick delivery, I got the jacket in a very quick amount of time. Tried it on and it was too large! I took a chance and reached out to customer service. 3) Betty was kind, thoughtful and quick. I was able to achieve a very amenable resolution and I am so thankful for the entire process. Westport has a new customer and I plan on shopping with them again very soon. Five stars, I highly recommend. As someone who has been Tall his whole life, I am excited at the new options I have.
