Not completely satisfied with the work
Not completely satisfied with the work. Most contractors have a final walk around with me to make sure I am satisfied with the work and this was not done. I had concerns with the estimate of 20 bags of mulch to refresh an existing yard that already has mulch. I requested any leftover bags be left with me which was not done. I requested the largest flower bed have mulch stacked high for visibility which was not done.

Good Morning! All 20 bags were used for your property so there was no overage left over to leave. Please understand that we did attempt to speak with you afterward but had to move on to another landscaping project. We stacked the mulch as high as the preapproved 20 bags would allow. As a family owned small business, we encourage open communication and wish that you would have come to us with negative feedback so we could have notified you of these things and taken corrective action. We do understand that this isn't always the case. We'll send your after pictures to show how our company left the property for your records.
