West Lane LendingReviews of westlanelending.com

It was such a pleasure working with Lane!! Lane is professional and works hard for her clients. I was the listing agent on the sale of a home and she was the lender for the buyer-whose agent had just submitted their offer. Lane immediately reached out to me to assure me that her clients were solid, approved, had the funds available to close on their VA loan and it would be a smooth closing. Their offer was accepted!! Lane was a great communicator throughout the entire process. On closing day, she showed up to support her buyer clients. She was cheerful, kind and genuine to everyone. She even gave us all a gift of gratitude and gave her clients the most thoughtful gift. Highly recommended Lane and hope to work with her again.

I can't say enough about how great it was working with Lane! From the beginning, Lane was attentive to our needs and concerns, and she was very responsive to inquiries throughout our home buying process. I never would have thought that a mortgage broker could add a personal touch to the work that they do, but Lane did exactly that and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Lane to any first-time home buyers, as well as anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the near future!

Throughout our fast-paced home buying process, Lane was consistently communicative, available, knowledgeable, personable and all around great with ensuring we were prepared each step of the way. She was a large part of what made our home buying process so smooth and enjoyable! 🩶

Lane is the absolute greatest. In an incredibly insane market, she was steady and fought to get us the best possible rate. She was reassuring, honest, and wonderful in every way. She was patient to explain things to us whenever we were confused about something. This is the second mortgage we have used Lane for, and we will use her for any others we get!

Lane was extremely knowledgeable and always had an answer to all of our questions throughout the entire process. She was also always available and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend Lane and West Lane Lending!

I used Lane to buy my first home and the experience was wonderful! She is readily available, happy to answer all your questions, and wants to explore all options to get you the best mortgage for you! There is something about working with a small business that just makes the experience so much more personable and enjoyable.

Lane was amazing to work with every step of the way! She was so professional and locked us in at a rate that wasn’t even close to any of the competition. Not to mention, she closed us a day early and within a few weeks. This was our first home and we seriously don’t know what we would have done without her guidance throughout this process! From the moment we talked with her over the phone we just knew she was the best fit for us! She directed us every step of the way with confidence and we know she truly cared about us. She always responded promptly and never missed a beat even when she was away traveling internationally. With Lane we weren’t just a business deal! We will recommend her to everyone we know!

As a realtor I can confidently say that I can send Lane any client and I know they’re in amazing hands. She is SO personable, communicative, fast responding, and all around an amazing human who will put as much into her clients as I do. It’s very important to me to make sure my clients have the best experience throughout the entire process and I know the lending portion will be a breeze with Lane. I highly recommend her to anybody!
