Westlake Self StorageReviews of westlakeselfstorage.com

Everything is fine I just do not need all the calls to remind me my bill is due, especially since you also send one in the mail. A simple email will save a lot of time and paper.

I went with Westlake Self-Storage because it was close to our home and easy to access our items in storage. I knew I had made the right choice when I went in to inquire about a unit. I was met with great customer service and have been extremely happy with our experience over the last 2 years. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that their customers are well taken care of and notified of upcoming fees due in order to ensure payments aren't missed. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is in search of a storage facility.

Security and price are great and management will work with you without any hassles to upgrade your unit. Units are always clean and well lit.
