NOT WORTH IT
Bought a freezer along with extra shelving, only received the freezer never received the extra shelves - I reached out least 5-6 times by email, chat on their website, and phone - the first time I reached out I was told they confirmed the shelves weren’t sent and were ‘looking into getting them shipped out asap’ and then they stopped responding altogether. 6 months later and we ended up placing a whole new order just for the shelves we never received, it is now 4 months later and still have not received those either. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and again have been ignored. I work for a non profit and we barely have enough money to keep services let alone to buy things that never arrive. Extremely disappointed and frustrated that a company can let something like this happen and seemingly not care about fixing their own issues
