Took to much time to get replacement door gaskets the rust was way more and flakey when cleaned there was holes in metal the sale man was very good and helped me a lot the I would buy from them again all things ended good

Western Container and Sales was very responsive and helpful with every step of my purchase requiring 2 new specialty matching Conex boxes to be placed near new construction. The delivery was prompt and professional. The boxes were placed as directed and my Credit Card was not charged until the delivery day. Every representative I worked with was helpful and thanks to the notes that Jenny left for delivery everything went smoothly and according to schedule.

This was a fairly smooth experience. The problem I have is that they say it takes 2-3 days to get a release and then 15 days to pickup but when I purchased mine I got a release email instantly and then that email said I only had 10 days to get my containers. I ordered earlier than I needed them thinking I would have to wait to get them but then I had to completely change my plans because the timing I was expecting was not right. The folks at West Gulf were great and pickup was smooth.

Overall experience was good, quick delivery, good price
