If you place an order, there is NO WAY to cancel or change it. 😞 I immediately tried to cancel my order for syringes when I realized the amount was not what I wanted. I sent a message through the website within a minute of the order submittal. There was no response. I got a shipping confirmation a day or so later. I called the number on the website. There is no option to talk to a live person. I sent an email to the company. The reply was that orders cannot be canceled as they go to a fulfillment center. 😡 They offered to have me mail back my 10 syringes for a refund. The postage was as much as the items. Very poor service. Recommend not to use this company.
