Their service consists of making purchases from U.S. stores and shipping them to their app, which provides you with a Miami, FL address to receive your package and forward it to various Latin American countries. Upon receiving your package, the weshipyou staff sends you photos of your product, describes the condition in which the package and product arrived, and provides a photo showing the weight on a digital scale. The customer service is excellent: they respond quickly and answer all your questions in a kind and patient manner. I chose air shipping (5 to 15 days) and received my package in 12 days. The packaging is excellent, and the tracking system keeps you constantly informed about the location of your package, letting you know where it is and how close it is to your destination.

Exelente plataforma

1 month + waiting for my delivery. They said it's an "Aduana process" and it can take long time. Since Aug 13th that I've sent the items yet they're on "checking packages" yet. Support told me to write a letter to open the packages and now results they they can't intercede in the process. So what was the letter for? I've been using their services for long time but this time I'm really pissed off with this.

Excelente servicio y de total confianza El personal de soporte responde todas tus dudas con rapidez, son muy diligentes y eficientes El servicio ofrece todos los detalles desde q arriban tus pedidos al casillero hasta q llega a su destino, puedes seguir paso por paso todo el proceso La paquetería llega a tiempo Realicé un pedido por avión y lo recibí a los 8 días de enviado La aplicación presenta algunos problemas menores q se irán resolviendo con las actualizaciones El único problema es q la paquetería no llega a la puerta de tu casa te sitan para q vayas a recogerla en X localización espero q ese problema sea resuelto según vaya creciendo la empresa y se creen sucursales provinciales Aconsejo envíar con We Ship You

Pésimo servicio, un mes desde que llegaron los paquetes a la compañia y aún no los ponen en mi casillero. Y cuando me comunico con ellos siempre me responden lo mismo. Que los paquetes deberían estar en en casillero luego de 72 horas de haber llegado, pero esa regla parece que no se cumple para mí. Mucha promoción en las redes, pero en la vida real, al menos desde mi experiencia muy mal.

Ya me han llegado cuatro envíos aéreos en un corto período de tiempo, las entregas a pesar de no ser de puerta en puerta,por el tema del combustible, han llegado antes del tiempo programado,los repartidores en cada punto son muy profesionales y puntuales. El Soporte es magnífico, muy cordiales con cada consulta que he tenido que hacer, en mi caso siempre me atiende Dianely a quien agradezco infinitamente por su paciencia y dedicación.
