Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
I’m sorry to hear you feel this way.
To clarify how we operate: we are not a “set and forget” or daily trading service. We primarily trade on Tuesday and Thursday, as these are statistically the higher-probability days for our strategy.
Mondays are typically the worst trading day of the week for us, which is exactly why we often sit out or take very small positions.
We have been trading profitably for years with strict risk management. The clients who get the best results are those who trust the process. Unfortunately, we’ve seen this pattern before - some clients hire us for our experience and track record but then try to override the strategy, risk rules, or daily decisions because they believe they know better. For this reason those clients are the ones that usually lose the account because of their own actions and control. It's about patience and waiting for the best setups. This isn't a get rich quick scam business.
If someone already has a superior strategy and risk management approach, we always encourage them to trade it themselves rather than hiring us.
A real scammer would be a kid in his mom’s basement promising guaranteed daily profits with no risk. That’s not us.
We are a legitimate Miami-based trading education and account management business with real strategies, real risk controls, and transparent communication.
We stand behind our service and are happy to discuss any specific concerns you have. Feel free to reach out directly so we can address this properly.
Best regards,
ML

Unfortunately they have now failed…
Unfortunately they have now failed multiple challenges for me costing me thousands between challenges and services extremely disappointed with the service which is a shame as there are a lot of 5 star reviews which I can now only see as being fake reviews
No refund was offered and the company have very poor communication.

Hi Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand how frustrating it is when a challenge doesn't go your way, especially after investing significant time and money.
Our service gives traders the opportunity to attempt funded challenges with Apex and other prop firms, but trading inherently involves risk, and unfortunately not every attempt results in a pass.
We do not offer refunds on futures trading challenges per our stated policy, which is clearly outlined before purchase.
That said, we stand behind our clients - whenever a challenge isn't passed, we provide a free re-attempt at the next available opportunity.
We'd be happy to discuss your specific situation further if you'd like. Feel free to reach out to us directly. We wish you better results on your next attempt.
Warm Regards,
WePassChallenges Team

I had started with this company with an 100k account in November and in the next months i bought 3 more 100k accounts. Some days were good some others were bad but the result is that until the last week accounts are -2%,-3% in the first phase so no result no progress and I stopped our cooperation
Response from WePassChallenges - Challenge Passing ServicesApr 28, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
However, we do not recognize your name, email, or any record of you as a client with four 100k accounts. We have no communication history or account details matching your description.
Our service uses conservative, low-risk strategies specifically designed to respect prop firms' strict drawdown rules (typically keeping daily drawdown well under 4% and overall drawdown under the limit). We target steady growth rather than aggressive gains, which means some periods show small negative or flat performance — this is completely normal in low-volatility trading and far from a breach.
Being only -2% to -3% after several months in Phase 1 is not a failure; many accounts recover and pass successfully when the plan is followed with patience. Quitting at such a minor drawdown is unusual for clients who understand our approach.
If this review is genuinely about one of your accounts, please reply here with your account email, order number, or prop firm dashboard details so we can immediately look into it and assist you. We provide full transparency with trade reports and VPS access for all clients.
We stand by our 82% challenge passing rate and our commitment to every legitimate client.
Best regards,
We Pass Challenges Team

I bought this service one month ago and…
Start of February I was very excited, felt like I was going to get a guaranteed pass. Purchased myself a 50k account, whole process cost me around $350.
At the time the investment felt like nothing because of all the high reviews, it felt like I was going into something reliable and low risk.
At the beginning they ask for the link of the rules. Honestly, they do not bother reading it at all — pretty useless sending it, which you will understand later.
There were two problems.
First, risk management. I was very lucky. They had a trade that lost $998, basically 2%. If there was just $2 more slippage my account would have been breached instantly. If any trader or bot is losing 2% on a single trade, that is very poor risk management — especially when this service is meant to be a safe option.
Second, they did not read the rules. I asked them if E8 Markets was fine, they said yes, and I sent them the link of my package rules. My account then got breached because of dynamic drawdown. If they had actually read the FAQ, this could have been avoided, or they could have told me the job was not possible.
I lost my account in March, which makes it worse because I passed another account on my own during that time.
If you want to be stuck passing a prop firm for months or even a year with no guarantee, this is the place for you.
A lot of fake looking reviews as well. Go and click the 5-star reviews — a lot of them are from accounts with only 1 review, which looks very suspicious. Then read the 1-star reviews, they all follow the same pattern: accounts lost, poor communication, no refunds.
I’m not saying they cannot pass challenges at all, but honestly it feels like heads or tails.
They claim an 82% pass rate, but there is no real proof of that. Showing “passed challenges” at the top which are passed within a day or a couple of days means nothing if accounts are actually taking months or even a year. It’s very misleading.
The only reason I trusted this service was because of refund transparency. But now they say they don’t do refunds.
So if you’re reading this before signing up, just understand you are basically putting your account on heads or tails. The longest you might have to wait could be months or even a year, just to have a 50/50 chance of passing — and you may not receive a refund at all.
I had to fight my way for a refund. In the end they said they would refund me, then they said it would be processed at the start of next month because of their “payroll team”. Now we are in April and I’m still waiting, with no reply to my emails. It honestly makes me look like a fool.
I even emailed asking where my refund is — no response.
Thankfully I found another service similar to this, but it’s free. They only take 30% from your first payout, and if they fail, they fully refund. That’s what I call a proper service — safe, transparent, and they pass accounts in less than 2 weeks.
I also found a Discord server with a similar bot but even better, completely free, with proper risk management and much faster results.
So just be careful. If you’re happy with a 50/50 chance of passing your account, then this is the place.
I will remove this review if I receive my refund. If you are reading this, I hope I saved you from making the same mistake. They will likely respond with a long message trying to defend themselves, but from my experience this is not a reliable service. There are many better and even free options out there.
If they claim 82% win rate prove it make discord server show your transparency
my response to the wepasschallenge to message
The FXBook you share shows no losses, which is unrealistic, and it stops around July 2025. That raises questions. It looks selective — only the good parts are shown — so it cannot be used as proof of a “safe” system.
From 2022 to May 2024 (pages 1–4), most journals show accounts passed within a day or a few days. That contradicts your current claim of slow, safe trading over 1–3 months. These pages also show high-risk/HFT-style trades generating 10–30% in a single day, which is not “safe” trading. So pages 1–4 are not valid evidence.
On page 5, there are only a few (around 4) journals showing more realistic trading, and only two reach typical prop targets (8–10%). That’s a very small sample.
In conclusion, with 53 Trustpilot reviews, there is less than ~3–4% meaningful evidence supporting your claims.
Regarding my account: it was a $25k E8 Markets account. Even if there was a misunderstanding, losing 4% on a single trade is very poor risk management. This should have been prevented, especially since I provided the FAQ and claiming to be "Successful"with E8
I have full proof — including the $998 loss certificate, purchase records, and email confirmation of a refund promised for April 1st. Since then, no response.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
First, we did issue your full refund, and we apologize for the delay. The hold-up happened because you requested we also cover your challenge fee on top of refunding our service — essentially asking for a completely risk-free experience. That’s not something we can offer.
Regarding the 4% drawdown: We completely understand it looks risky if you’re looking from the outside. However, we have our own proven system with detailed backtested stats. Our data shows that once a trade hits roughly 3.5% drawdown, it wins approximately 8–9 times out of 10. That’s why we let it run — because we trade based on our own statistics and edge, not conventional risk rules that most traders follow. If we traded the way the 99% trades, we’d be in the same results as everyone else.
As for our MyFXBook accounts, we intentionally don’t update them frequently. In the past, when we publicly posted fresh challenge passes, prop firms noticed the account names and banned those clients or denied their payouts. We made the decision to protect our customers’ accounts rather than keep posting new results.
We appreciate all feedback, but we stand by our process and statistics.

BEWARE OF SCAM!
After 2 months I'm down 2K on a 100K account. After multiple attempts at reaching out to support no one responds, and it seems they have abandoned my account - in essence just taking my money + ruining my funded account. Do not purchase!
Update:
After reading other people's reviews, it's funny how they always go "Oh sorry, you are a bot. We don't remember you buying". I have full proof and email conversations with these people from back when they didn't ghost me.
2nd update: Company response makes no sense. We have had plenty of communication up until 2 weeks ago? There was never any request for a password change. You guys have me mixed up with someone else. And I have emailed you guys... multiple times... multiple emails... and called the phone number - no response. So cut your bullshit
3rd update: it's been a month since my review, still no response. Even made fake emails to try and get in touch, and as soon as I tell them I'm an old client looking to get my money back they ghost me :))

We're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with WePassChallenges, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback—it's the only way we can improve. Losing on a funded account is never the outcome we want for our traders, and we hate that you've felt unsupported during this process. That said, we'd like to clarify a few key points based on our records to help set the record straight.
From our end, we do have documentation of your purchase and initial email exchanges, including our outreach to you about updating your account password. This was a standard security step we requested to ensure everything was set up correctly for your 100K challenge account, but without the updated credentials from you, we were unable to proceed with activations or further support—leaving the account in an inactive state. We followed up multiple times on this (most recently on [insert approximate date if known, e.g., October 15th]), but unfortunately, we didn't receive the response needed to move forward. We're not in the business of abandoning accounts or taking money without delivering value—that's why we've helped thousands of traders pass challenges successfully.
We take scam accusations very seriously, and we're committed to transparency. If you'd like, please reply here or email us directly at [email protected] with your account details (or forward those original email threads), and we'll personally review everything to either reactivate your account, provide a full refund, or explore other resolution options right away. Our team is here and responsive during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST, Mon-Fri), and we'd love the chance to turn this around for you.
Thank you again for your honesty—we're grateful for customers like you who push us to do better. Let's get this sorted; what's the best way to reach you?
Best regards,
The WePassChallenges Team

(*Update*-Refund Cancelled) I actually don't think the person I had knows the basics
***Update 09/19/2025***
I spoke too soon. I just noticed that my refund was canceled and currently trying to find why.
Also, the email they use in my Paypal receipt was returned as undeliverable.
*On 09/09/2025 around 11:40 am EST they did refund my money and I thank them for that. I'd rather had passing accounts as I was going to expand to $100K challenges.*
I actually don't think the person I had doing my account knows what they are doing. I've only used it a month and in that month I've had more losses than wins.
A few weeks ago they left a trade open at market close which blew my account and costed me over $100 to reset. Did they take responsibility and repay that? NO. That was THEIR fault so THEY should have paid for another reset. They didn't even offer,
So I reset my account to have one more shot at it. On Labor Day in the U.S., they left a trade open AGAIN at early market close because they "DIDN'T REALIZE U.S. MARKETS STOPPED EARLY". Now I had to wait for it to reopen to close the trade.
Are you kidding me? EVERY REAL TRADER KNOWS to keep up with calendars and schedules. And they surely don't leave trades open after market closes on regular days. Not only that, they asked me to message the broker and ask for them to "let this one go". THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS.
I doubt these people even traded for themselves. At least the person doing mine doesn't-they're clueless. Thanks for ripping me off for $250 + $100+ reset and wasting a month of my time.
Furthermore I suspect all the positive reviews are all fake based on what I've seen. Can someone suggest a service that actually works? I do better on my own. At least I know when to close my trades. I already changed my broker password so they can't purposely blow this one or make it worse.

Watch Out For This Company
Before contacting the company, I reviewed feedback on Trust Pilot to get help with my prop firm challenge. I contacted the company on March 14th and filled out the initial inquiry form. I received a response on March 16th asking me if I was still interested. I told them I was. On March 17th I paid $250 to begin my 50k challenge pass. Things were going well.
On April 2nd I received a notice from the Challenge account company that their broker changed. I assumed this would cause an issue with my challenge, so I contacted We Pass Challenges on April 2nd to provide the new broker information, so the challenge could continue. I sent additional emails on April 9th with the updated broker information. I sent another email on April 11th. Also on April 16th. Still no response. My challenge is frozen at this point. I decided to write the company a letter based on the address from the website.
As of today the United States Postal Service still shows it as being “Forwarded” but not delivered.
This is my last ditch effort to at least get help for the issue or at least caution other traders. If an issue arises from what I’ve experienced there’s no support. Leaving reviews isn’t something I normally do, but hopefully it spares someone else the same fate.

Dear Stephen, we apologize for the failed challenge attempt. However, we have refunded you months ago. Please note that we have made some significant strategy improvements since the tariff and trade war high extreme volatility attack from President Donald Trump. Very Poor experience Refused to refund me after failing my 100K FTMO Challenge
This company took on my 100K FTMO Prop firm (2-step challenge) in Feb 2025. After one month of trading, the first step challenge failed. My FTMO challenge account got blown unfortunately, in March 2025. I then reached out and requested a refund of the service charge I paid to this company ($400) as stated clearly on their website (" We would refund you if we don't pass your challenge").
The owner initially agreed on a Friday phone call ...saying "I will refund you early next week" he also sent me an email dated 29th March...saying: "Sorry my apologies. I guess there was a 5% drawdown breach on the account. I'll issue the refund early next week" (I still have this message in my inbox as evidence). "Next week" arrives, and he suddenly switches up on me, refusing to refund me, claiming he did not fail the challenge, despite FTMO providing receipts, Trade History, proof, and confirmation of the challenge breach, which he saw for himself. It was very clear that their 5% drawdown rule was breached. In my opinion, his sudden refusal to accept the failure was a ploy to NOT refund my money despite promising to do so initially. He insisted that I challenge and SUE FTMO????
I have integrity, and I wasn't going to ridicule myself when I knew the challenge TRULY failed. It's such a shame. I begged for my refund, but it all fell on deaf ears.
Courtesy of "WE PASS CHALLENGES" I lost the $561 paid for my FTMO challenge. I also lost the $400 service charge paid to this company. In total, I have lost a total sum of $961.00.
This experience has left me distressed, in tears, feeling hurt and CHEATED. Lesson Learnt! A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE. TRUST PILOT: I am happy to verify my experience above with proof and evidence. Update: 17th May 2025- It's now about a month since company responded (below) to my review, requesting that I provide my wallet address details for refund. I immediately sent my wallet address same day via email. Got no response. I tried a second time. still No response till date . Was this response just for damage control? I dealt with a representative of the company, who claimed to be the owner- Micheal Harding. you haven't lived up to your own words. I hope no one else falls victim to this.
Response from WePassChallenges - Challenge Passing ServicesApr 2, 2025
Hi Kenny, we strived and put in a lot of time, energy and effort to try to help you get funded. We don't want you to feel this way and so we are kindly requesting that you email us your BTC wallet address so we can send you a full refund. Even though on our end, we only saw a 3.41% drawdown, the fact of the matter is that FTMO said the account reached 5% and the account failed. The account wasn't blown, it just failed the challenge. The FTMO challenge account was simulated funds. We apologize, the market is unpredictable at time especially around times of extreme volatility with the tariffs and trade wars with the US and China. These things happen but we are making it up to you. We are professionals. Please don't worry or be upset. Kindly send us your BTC wallet address so we can send you a full refund.
Furthermore, we have made some significant improvements to our system where all trades now include a stop loss with a 1:3 risk to reward setup. Once the trade arrives in profit, we move stop loss to breakeven and let it ride with a trailing stop. In the event we get stopped out, we wait with our alert system. If we don't get any alerts, we don't place any trades. With this new approach we average 10% returns with 1-2% drawdown. Hitting a 5% drawdown before we reach the 10% profit target is now less likely.
