Product was lovely but the delivery…
Product was lovely but the delivery time was not acceptable. This was a birthday present and I asked for express service and it arrived almost 2 weeks later .

Great buy
Great buy! The metal decorations I bought are very original and look great on the wall. Great professionalism of the company: they even reimbursed me for the customs fees.

All good, the metal pieces are beautiful and arrived well packed - just the customs duties I had to pay afterwards sucked a bit.

Very good looking
After some issues probably related to carrier and customs, package finally arrived and conform to the description and the photo. Quite happy with the design and the look of it on my wall !

Nachtrag zur Bewertung vom 23.06.2021 Nach meiner schlechten Bewertung bzgl. der Intransperenz der Zollgebühren bekamen wir Antwort von Welter, dass sie die Zollgebühren übernehmen würden. Dies ist auch tatsächlich geschehen. Welter hat uns die Zollgebühren erstattet. Fragt sich nur: Warum nicht gleich so? Die Produkte sind wirklich schön und hochwertig, also seid doch auch transparent was die Kosten anbelangt. Das ist nur fair und gibt dem Kunden ein besseres Einkaufserlebnis.

Schöne Ware
Schöne Ware, angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider hat sich die Lieferzeit recht lange hingezogen und es gab Probleme bei der Einfuhr. Diese wurden dann aber von Welteratelier schnell, unkompliziert und für mich zufriedenstellend gelöst. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
