Return policy is a deceiving

I AM SO FAHQ1NG GLAD I DIDNT BUY THE 5 PACK & WASTE MONEY!!!! The shirt was advertised as wrinkle proof. Mine has been hanging on a hanger for 3 days and is still wrinkled to hell. Material quality left ALOT to be desired as well. Also, the "breakaway" buttons is a lie. I broke 2 buttons when I tried to do what the kid in the ad did- that was a great start! I got a medium bc im the same size as the kid said he was in the ad and im not as happy as he seemed to be about the fit. IS IT REALLY WORTH IT TO GET SOMEONE FOR $40 FOR A SHIRT 1X, WHEN U COULD GIVE THE CUSTOMER A QUALITY ITEM AND HAVE THEM BUY MULTIPLE ITEMS?????? GREAT. BUSINESS. STRATEGY.

Their items are smaller. They’re not made with quality material and on top of that it takes forever to receive them since they’re shipped from China.to make it even worse they do have a listed phone number for Custommer Service. They will never answer the phone or reply. The only way you can actually contact them is via email and they will not fix your problem on this case things being so small you’ll need to return them and get the right size. They will do it only if you spend another $100 arguing that is the cost of shipping and processing however in their webpage says free shipping and free returns. That is definitely false advertising. Don’t waste your money or your time you will be disappointed read all the reviews before you try to purchase don’t be fooled by the videos. Quality is not there and there is no customer service. You will be out of your money with cheap quality items.

They are crooks they scammed me, I never got my shipment. I placed it almost 6 weeks ago and they have completely gone MIA. Do not buy from them as you will never see your shipment. I have now raised a complaint with my bank to retrieve the money.

Absolutely a scam business!!! DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Will not send product, will not refund money, does not answer email or phone numbers.. AND the card I used to pay SUDDENLY is showing fraud charges. What a coincidence!!!

I ordered a total of 10 shirts over a period of 3 months. I received 8 total. The quality of the shirts were good; However I haven't received the 2 shirts that are still missing. I've called left a message and left emails. The response is always we are looking in to it. BUYER BEWARE it's a 50/50 chance you may or may not get the shirts you requested.I would recommend anyone interested in buying Welovestreet shirts to consider other companies instead.

Ordered 3 shirts in the max xxl size which should have been ample big enough according to their size chart. I cant even fasten the buttons as they are so.small. The sgirts are also really poor quality, thin and feel cheap and flimsy. Tried to return for a redund but told i couldnt unless i pay 25 quid for the postage which would be half the original cost. Customer services was useless, unhelpful and unfriendly. Seems they are a complete con of a business. Avoid at all costs.

Never ever buy anything from this cheap company. They are nothing less than scam. They will send you some low grade clothes and there is no return policy. You are lucky if they even respond you. There wrinkles free shirts were all wrinkled on arrival There colours on site are far from what they will send.
