BEWARE I purchased pants from them November 27 and what I got was totally incorrect from the picture down to the description of the material. My pant color was incorrect and most importantly it says fleece this is NOT !!!! I do not even want to to give them 1 star on their website it states EASY RETURN that is NOT TRUE !!! I emailed them pictures and then they stop emailing back (wonder why?) I also dealt with VIOLET CRUZ and yes she was helpful tracking my delivery but after I asked for a refund and sent her pictures she STOPPED emailing back.

Placed an order and had Violet sending me supportive emails amd all was well.Received my order today( 3 weeks after) and the wrong size was sent, ordered S received M and one item did not match the images on website. Tried to explain this situation and was told regarding the sizes that the asian sizes are smaller than UK/EU so how come I have received M? Asked for the returns details and been ignored. Sent pictures of my items and all but no help whatsoever. Quality is close to very bad, looks very cheap and feels horrible. I guess I have to keep these to mop my floors and seems like Violet is unable to provide return details even though it states free worldwide returns on their website. The website also states that you have to contact them before you can return anything, so in my case I'm at loss as no reply!!! Please consider other shops as this one will show no support after you pay them. For the same price surely better shops out there. I did not want to have a bad impression by reading the previous reviews, I know now I should have taken that into consideration before ordering. Oh, and I was asked to review them before my items arrived, which I did not. Violet mentioned spme people are leaving negative reviews to hurt the company, now I know this is purely due to this company just wanting to sell the items and thats it. No afterwards help!! Avoid this shop.

Great place to buy exotic clothes my friends always compliment what I'm wearing and I personally love the pockets to hold all my stuff.

I purchased a shirt from we love street. It looked okay, but the style and cut did not fit well. It was way too baggy for me. When I contacted we love street to return the item, they told me they would not accept the return. They said the size chart was on their site and it was my responsibility to select the correct size. As they sent me the size I asked for, it is my problem. As we all know, buying online clothing is hit and miss. Size charts vary, and the style and cut of the clothing impacts how it looks. This is the first merchant that I have purchased clothing online who does not return items due to fit/size issues. This is not okay. If I was you, don't buy from this place.

Good customer service. I had an issue with my order and We Love Street reached out to resolve it, and gave me two other discounts on top of it. Shipping was fast and the item was as described. They have a lot of merch that I can't find anywhere else online.

I ordered an item and it was out of stock so they allowed me to pick a replacement item of equal or HIGHER value, most companies don’t do that. They also let me ship my replacement order with a newer order I had placed with them so I could receive my order faster. The customer service from violet was amazing and I recommend shopping with them

They sent me a large when I ordered a medium then tried to blame me for their misdoing. Then when I stated that the clothes were way to big to be the size that the website claimed for them to be, they dragged their feet on my refund as well as getting back to me. Terrible customer service literally and terrible service waited 3 weeks for NOTHING!!!

Customer service is very responsive, assisted to keep tracking the package during pandemics.
