She immediately arranged for a new order to be sent out by courier and kept me up to date with the new delivery details. I recently ordered a pair of jeans for my grandson, as one of his Christmas presents. Well, when they arrived,they were not the size I ordered. I needed a Small and received a Medium. I immediately contacted Ms. Violet Cruz. She informed me that as an Asian company, a size Small is a Medium in US sizes. Looking at them, I knew they would be too big for my small size grandson. So Violet worked out a great deal to help me. She said she could send a special size Small for my grandson for a small fee and no shipping charges plus I could keep the jeans they sent and not have to worry about shipping them back, thus giving me an extra pair he could grow into. I thought that this was a great deal and a great way to solve my problem. Violet seems to care about her customers, and the quality of the jeans represent the good quality of the We Love Street company!!! Thank you Violet and WeLoveStreet!
