I worked directly with Debra Koerner on several franchise brands over the years. She has the extremely rare skillset of being a visionary and an implementor. This translated as CEO-level franchisor strategy along with a deep understanding of day-to-day operations of a franchise. She is able to from deep bonds with franchisees that last for years. I worked alongside her at a franchisor for 12 years as a consultant and watched her successfully ramp a wellness brand from 30 locations to 180. Today, they have over 250 franchised locations.
