One of the most shadiest dealerships in…
One of the most shadiest dealerships in the country they only purchased salvaged vehicles that were unreported repaired them in house and sold them back to the customers without updating any information on Carfax reports. I guess it would be okay if they told customers they were selling them repaired salvage vehicles that were unreported but they did not. I was one of the many victims they charged me full price for a 2023 Acura TLX type s. $46,000 and was totally burned. Vehicle shipped to me in Colorado. They assured me the vehicle was an excellent condition only after I was very skeptical because a Carfax incident popped up on the report only being a minor one of course, but still nothing was mentioned to me prior to signing the final paperwork. I halted signing paperwork and then stated my reasons that I did not want to spend $46,000 on a vehicle with anything on the Carfax report. The salesman. Justin Conway quickly emailed me and said sir. I can assure you the vehicle is an excellent condition that it was just a single scratch or dent that was professionally repaired by the former owners under their insurance policy. I trusted the dealership finish signing the paperwork and the car shipped to me when it arrived. It was a nightmare body panels. Misaligned all around the car. Hail dense on the vehicle. A crack in the windshield. Even the rear driver passenger door was a different shade of blue than the rest of the car and it had Bondo work done to it like it took a hit in the side. I tried to make the dealership comply and take the vehicle back due to misrepresentation only to be avoided like I was the plague. Eventually I sent a legal demand to them which the general manager himself accepted eventually, but nothing was ever done in. The government ended up shutting down this dealership in October 2025 and seizing all of their cars on the lot, which was a massive inventory of high-end vehicles, all with prior damage that they repaired in house. Of course that was never reported but nonetheless the dealership was boarded up permanently and all car seized. I'm still battling with the lender now. Ally financial about resolving this. Is she with my vehicle? That depreciation amount is $20,000 on my Acura? The lender assured me they had a pool of victims and they were going to be resolving this issue 14 months later and just keep getting the runaround.
