Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business.A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits.

They run fake webinars where she pretend to talk to the fake chat. In the first 4 minutes I could tell, so I said one message “Say today’s date” and then was banned and kicked from the webinar. Dishonest from minute one. I would attach the screenshot here if I could.

One Star. $13,000 Wasted.
Five things every business owner should know before handing this company a dime:
1. What they call "customized solutions" are generic templates. They didn't fit my business, and they won't fit yours. There is zero tailoring to your actual situation.
2. The "coaching" is barely worth the word. Sessions are shallow, infrequent, and utterly useless for anyone facing real business challenges. At $13,000, this is highway robbery.
3. If you don't pay the full amount upfront, they'll bleed you for roughly 30% more through their monthly payment plan. They don't exactly advertise that part.
4. Read every word of the fine print. Their refund policy is designed to make sure you never qualify. One requirement: attending an in-person event, which costs even more money out of your pocket. So if your business is already struggling financially — the very reason you sought help — they've made it nearly impossible to get your money back.
5. Don't expect any guidance on financials, pricing strategy, or the hard operational problems that actually make or break a business. This is a cookie-cutter template factory dressed up as premium coaching.
Bottom line: I paid $13,000+ for recycled templates, surface-level advice, and a refund policy engineered to trap you. Save your money.

Not worth the money
STOP - this is a red light expense!! This program is horribly structured for small business. It's ONLY self-directed. The coaches are unqualified. Small business owners, you probably already have these ideas, but are too busy to put them all into place. Once you've reached a point your so overwhelmed trying to restructure your business by jumping through their "ideas", you can't even pause the program to get things in line and working properly. They are a scam to sign up for a mentorship that you can get for free online by watching some other videos. The forms aren't even that good, they are simple copies from the internet. I used to pay about $400 a month for another mentorship, and got 3x more out of that program. My coach doesn't even understand what I need and has zero resources or suggestions. It's the biggest waste of my companies time and money

Her podcast has great advice - but the paid program, NO!
Her podcast has great advice. So does her book.
Her seminar is a one hour high pressure sales call. Where you are urged to meet someone within 24 hours for another 30 minute high pressure sales call. I asked for pricing information during both, and never got pricing information. I asked several times what would be included in a program and was told "We made it clear in Stacy's call" but they didn't. Nothing is in writing.
Then another 1 hour sales call. I was told I would not be able to speak with a coach before signing a $9800 contract (IF I sign on the call, otherwise the price goes up). No written info on what was included.
I explained to them that Stacy says you should never hire an employee long term without a 1-week paid trial. They didn't know what to do with that information.
Given the reviews and number of complaints here, and the red flags, I would be very skeptical of this business. I have repeatedly asked for more information in writing so I can decide if I can move forward, but when I didn't sign during hte call, I never heard from them again.
Just to be clear - to have the priviledge of paying at minimum $9,800 to be in their program, you must invest 2.5 hours of sales calls and them gathering detailed information about your business. I highly suspect that they are selling this information.

Very disappointed
Had a "free strategy call" which was just a disguise for sales call/demo. They needed all our income info before sharing pricing for their program. Very poor experience. Stacy, I doubt that is how you want your business to run.

I Trusted Well Oiled Operations - And I Deeply Regret It
I Trusted Well Oiled Operations – And I Deeply Regret It
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel a strong responsibility to share my experience in hopes that it protects someone else from the same mistake.
Well Oiled Operations claims to “stand behind inspiring your business journey,” but my experience was the complete opposite. As a 27-year-old business owner, less than two years into running my company, I was actively searching for guidance on how to become a better leader, delegate more effectively, and scale my business responsibly. When I came across a video of Stacy Tuschl on Instagram, I felt like I had finally found someone who understood what I was going through.
I signed up for a free seminar — which, to be fair, provided some helpful takeaways. At the end of the session, there was an opportunity to schedule a Zoom call with a “specialist” to go deeper into possible business coaching. What wasn’t mentioned? Any pricing or financial expectations. That was saved for the very end of the call — which was rushed because, as I was told, the representative “had to get to her next appointment” (red flag #1). When I expressed my discomfort of the amount requested, she used manipulative tactics, even going so far as to say, “You can look me up and find where I live and see pictures of my family — why would I lie to you?” (Spoiler: you can’t find her anywhere.)
That representative was Amanda Harvey. She painted a now-or-never picture, saying slots were limited and coaches were filling up fast. I was pressured into signing a contract on the spot — without fully understanding the terms or feeling confident in the decision. I immediately felt a deep sense of buyer's remorse and unease.
Within 12 hours, I contacted Amanda again to back out of the contract. Her response? She had “calls from 7 am – 7pm and could help me through email,” quite frankly no time to speak with me and showed no willingness to revisit or reconsider the situation because of “what the contract states” that I was given no time to review.
I signed that contract under pressure and without informed consent — and it cost me $12,000. Yes, twelve thousand dollars. Money, I did not have. Money I’m still fighting through my credit card company to try to recover. All from a company that claims to want to help me “grow and thrive.”
Does that sound like a company that inspires and empowers entrepreneurs? It doesn’t to me.
I’m sharing this because I wish there had been a review like this when I was researching Well Oiled Operations. I went into this with hope and good intentions, and I was left feeling taken advantage of, scammed, and completely disheartened.
To anyone else who is looking for guidance: do your research. Don’t let charisma and urgency pressure you into making financial decisions you aren’t ready for. And please, think twice before trusting this company.
I wouldn’t recommend Well Oiled Operations to anyone — not even my worst enemy. I hope this company sees this and reflects on how it treats people, especially young, ambitious entrepreneurs just trying to do right by their business and their future.
Sad. Disappointing. And something I’ll never forget.

I was charged $9,800 for no service – avoid this company
I was charged $9,800 by Well-Oiled Operations (Stacy Tuschl LLC) for a business coaching program I canceled within 24 hours. I never received a contract, onboarding, login access, or any service at all.
While I initially received a refund through my credit card, the company’s charge was re-applied months later—without my consent or knowledge. Despite contacting them numerous times and providing all documentation, they have refused to refund the money.
This has caused significant stress and financial harm to my small business. I would never recommend this company. If you’re a small business owner, please proceed with extreme caution.

UPDATE – May 15, 2025
Since filing this complaint, I learned that the company waited until the final day of the 60-day Mastercard dispute window to respond to my chargeback. Their 21-page rebuttal was submitted after I canceled within 24 hours and received no services. I was unaware of their response in time to reply.
This tactic feels intentionally deceptive and designed to prevent resolution rather than provide it. It further confirms that no service was delivered, and that they are withholding $9,800 for a program I never used.
