I always walked away from the coaching calls and trainings with things I could implement. I now have an Operator, my meetings have strong agendas and follow ups, we have stronger KPI's and better tracking...the list goes on. WOO is worth the money as long as you put effort into it.

I have been with Well-Oiled Operations for just about six months now, and it has been a GAME CHANGER! I've tried plenty of different programs and job coaches, and this one is the best bang for my buck. The content is really easy to follow and implement, and for the first time I feel like I'm becoming more of a CEO instead of a chicken with my head cut off. The master classes, training, modules, tools, etc. is second to none, but I wouldn't be where I'm at with this program without Rob, my coach.
