Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business.A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits.

Game-changer. Well-Oiled Operations has helped us lead and run the business with more clarity and consistency. It’s not a one-and-done program—each step builds on the last, and the momentum keeps growing.
One big win: they helped us clean up our invoicing so we’re more efficient and have more money in the bank (instead of stuck out in receivables). We also have stronger focus, goals, and direction, which has been huge for me and for the team.
Big shout-out to Stacey and her team for keeping everything running so smoothly—and to Traci, my coach, for the steady guidance and accountability.

2.5X ROI
WOO is helping me get to my own well-oiled operation. I have taken coaching programs for a few years so I started out not really expecting much. To be honest, I expected to get my money back in the first 30 days because what could they possibly do for me.
My coach, Xavier, is instrumental in keeping me accountable. He has helped me stay focused and adjust my mindset. The tools we have implemented assisted me in finding a great team and putting tools in place to help them grow within my agency.
My investment has been returned to me 2.5X. I can directly see my return and look forward to the progress I continue to make with this program!
I highly recommend WOO to any business owner looking to grow and scale their business.

Struggling on your own for too long? WOO is the way to go!
After more than 17 years of running my small business alone, I was feeling stuck. WOO came along at just the right time! I needed to get focused, organized and clear on my goals for my company. This program has provided all of that and re-invigorated my desire to grow and invest the time to do it.
I am grateful to have Traci Dixon as a coach for the last four months that I've been a WOO member. She has been so supportive, kind and just an absolute pleasure to know! She has provided guidance without pressure and has been an amazing sounding board for all of the business challenges I'm trying to tackle.
This program is not a magic bullet. You have to put in the work to make it work. I know I still have a long way to go but now I have a roadmap to get to my destination. I'm looking forward to seeing my efforts pay off with the help of my coach and the WOO program!

Roadmap for growth & success
My business partner & I joined Well Oiled after we'd been in business for almost ten years. We were still doing all the day to day on our own & had maxed out on our capacity to grow. Through Well Oiled, we've learned to implement systems and structure so that we can add team members in a strategic way so that we can grow. It's made us think about our company values and identity. Our coach, Matt Tatkow, has helped to keep us accountable and to recognize our individual strengths and weaknesses. With his guidance, we're creating a roadmap to future success.

I Found What I Was Searching For
I searched for a long time for a program, group or mentor to help me scale our family's small business. I finally found what I was looking for with Well-Oiled Operations. My coach Kevin has walked with me through several wins and losses during the 4 months we've worked together. At one point, I was on the edge of deciding to close the business. If you are reading this, and wondering how to make your business grow, WOO will help you to use data to drive your decisions. It will help you develop a plan to systematically scale by building your team and operating practices at your pace. I feel more hopeful and empowered with what I have learned in this program!

Trusting God, Transforming My Mindset: My Well-Oiled Story
I joined Well-Oiled at a time when I was completely burned out and questioning whether I could keep running my business the way it was. An Instagram ad from Stacy hit me at the exact moment I needed it and gave me hope again. Even though we had cash flow issues, I felt God was asking me to transform my mindset, so I joined.
Through the program, I realized I needed more responsibility, more accountability, and a healthier mindset about my leadership and my team. Attending Operator to Optimizer (in-person event) in Nashville and my coaching calls with Coach Kelly Clark were turning points for me.
I committed 100% showing up even when I felt unprepared and juggling 60-70 hour weeks. That consistency changed everything. My sister stepped into her role in field operations, our systems improved, and I experienced my biggest win: taking a two-week honeymoon without my work phone and without a single work call. That freedom alone made the program worth it.
By June, I realized I had to inspect what I expected, not just trust that my team had everything figured out after showing them once. Upgrading to the Powerhouse program and renewing for a full year pushed me to engage more in training calls, & the full breadth of the program. Listening to Stacy, her directors, and other WOO team members as well as members of the program, taught me so much about mindset and leadership. There were challenges. In July, when my sister (who had taken on field operations management) was out sick and we had equipment stolen, it tested everything. I realized how far we’d come as a team, but also how much we still needed better SOPs. Fullproof Planning (in-person event)was a game-changer. Networking with other members gave me the confidence to embrace new tools like AI, delegate more, and step fully into CEO-level thinking. The Powerhouse retreat (in-person event) really helped me to see that my leadership has come a long way, and that I deserve to be in the room with the Powerhouses. I left understanding how I needed to level-up as a person and leader to reach my goals. I am excited to grow together as a community in WOO. Ultimately, I used countless strategies from the program. Each lesson, each strategy, and each piece of accountability helped me grow not just as a business owner, but as a leader. I’m incredibly thankful for this journey and the opportunity to transform into a well-oiled operation.
Word of advice: As with anything in life, you get what you put in. Use the program and its resources. There will be highs, lows, limiting beliefs, wins, moments of doubt, and renewal. If you stay consistent, you will be transformed. Start with renewing your mind, and the rest will follow. Be open to different metrics of success. When I got my time & quality of life back, everything else followed. Take the risk, you will not regret it.
