I wish I had this program 15 years ago! WOO is amazing and there's so much gold (the templates, community of fellow business owners/managers, and 1:1 coaching just to name a few). Trisha has been my coach for over a year, first in WOO, and then PowerHouse. She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.

I am about a month into my program at well oiled. I think the information is extremely helpful for the phase of my business. I appreciate the templates that I can use and adapt to my business to help establish better systems and efficiency with my business. My coach Trisha has been awesome, very helpful and has been a great coach.
