Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business.A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits.

My company is coming up on 1 yr with WOO and Powerhouse. We have attending numerous in person training, at no additional cost, coaching calls twice a month, with an amazing coach (Yay Alex!) Just when I thought I had taken in everything I could from WOO, they are simplifying the training and breaking them down in to bite size trainings. Now, we are really digging into areas that we thought we were performing well and realizing there is still work to be done! Shout out to Stacy and the team! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve your business.

I am in my second term with WOO and am enjoying the education and accountability it provides. I began this course because I was the CEO (Chief Everything Officer) in my business. I've learned that to get me to the next level, I need to delegate and hire an operator. But what's cool about WOO is that it shows and teaches actionable items and steps. I have gained so much knowledge and confidence since being in this course. Previous to this, I had been in the Strategic Coach program for three years, and I honestly didn't get as much out of those three years as I have in 6 months in this program. I am very excited to see how my business evolves as I continue through this. I've also been to one live event that was absolutely amazing and inspiring. Shout out to my coach, Kevin, for always pushing my limits and my thinking and for the inspiration.

I first heard about Stacy Tuschl’s Well-Oiled Operations program from a Facebook video and signed up on impulse. Shortly after paying, I did what many business owners do after the fact—I Googled reviews. I found a few negative comments, including claims that the company didn’t honor its money-back guarantee, and I immediately reached out to cancel. Peter, the head of customer service, took my call. Instead of pressuring me, he walked me through exactly how the MBG works and what “fully participating” in the program actually means. His transparency built enough trust for me to stay in and do the work. I’m glad I did. The program is strong—especially for mid-sized organizations that need clearer systems to run reliably without the owner in every meeting. My interactions were handled with transparency and integrity, and I would highly recommend the Well-Oiled Operations program to businesses—especially those in our Chamber network—that want practical, actionable systems to scale. – Michel Zajur President & CEO, Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

As you read these reviews, consider the fact that WOO's objective is to provide professional-grade business coaching services. By the very nature of their broad target audience, it doesn't surprise me that some people haven't been an ideal fit. They serve both mom-and-pop businesses that can barely turn a profit, all the way up to businesses with revenue in the multi-millions. In my case, we have a software business that has been around since 1990. We were very pleased with our results. The primary value was having a business coach who was very helpful and held us accountable to our bi-weekly and quarterly goals. In just six months time, we have been able to put the systems, strategies and people in place to take our business to the next level. We were smart enough to figure most things out on our own, but what we were lacking was asking the right questions, or having accountability to a deadline. We spent years just talking about what we might do next, but we never decided what we -must- do now. Having the coach made those discussions possible. It provided another outside perspective that we either didn't see, or provided a negotiator when two different ideas were competing for attention. Some say that the pricing for the services is on the high side. However, if the value received equals or exceeds the price paid, then it is a worthwhile (and controllable) investment. We are happy that we used their services. They got us 'unstuck' and moving forward with a plan for about the same price as a temp working 3 months @ $20/hour. People read negative reviews and give them 12 times the weight as positive review, just by human nature. Don't do the same here.

I can’t say enough about Well Oiled Operations. For a woman that has been in business for 18 years, I always knew I needed this but didn’t know where to find it. I could be embarrassed by all the things I didn’t know, but instead I choose to believe this was just the right time to figure it all out. The amount of information that is afforded you is, as they would say, like drinking water from a fire hose. Not only do my coach Kyra and I go through the things I definitely need first, but I am able to look into a plethora of additional masterclasses on things I need after setting up those initial processes. I am a thirsty learner and I go through many, many masterclasses a week and it would still take me a year to go through all of them because new information just keeps on coming, especially with the addition of AI and learning how to use it best for your business. If you are struggling with how to get your business to the next level this is the place to be. Thank you Kyra for your help.

Well Oiled Operations (WOO) was the program I didn’t know I needed! When my husband suggested another investment, I was not trying to hear it, but Stacy Tuschl’s confidence, testimonials, and proven systems won me over. As a small business owner, I needed scalable systems, a mindset shift, and real structure, and WOO delivered. The content was highly relevant, well-organized, and accessible, making it easy to implement long-term. While I couldn’t attend WOO events in person, I appreciated the member incentives and loved the additional resources, like Stacy’s podcast and YouTube channel. My coach, Greg, was outstanding—he challenged, guided, and took real initiative, diving into my business structure to help me move from therapist to CEO. He understood the fast-paced nature of my growth, ensuring I focused on the right strategies instead of just moving fast. This program was worth every penny. It gave me the clarity, structure, and momentum to truly scale my business without burnout.

I had an excellent 1.5 years between WOO and Powerhouse. The content was excellent for a small business owner looking to gain time to work on the business and not be to involved in the business and to scale. This program has definitely helped our business grow and my sanity improve. Alex, my coach, was excellent in pushing me to put the time in and commit to completing the weekly and monthly goals I sent for myself. The other members that I was able to meet, network with and bounce ideas off of at the face to face events was a powerful part of the experience too.
