Very brief negative experience with…
Very brief negative experience with this company. The first issue may be an insurance company issue, but two therapists i found through my insurance were listed as being with Wellnite. I contacted Wellnite to request the first therapist and was told she was "not available" with no further explanation. The same happened with the second therapist I requested. Immediately after saying each was unavailable, I received a link to a different, completely random, therapist and was offered an appointment. I respectfully declined each time, as they were both males whom I dont feel comfortable speaking with. I stopped messaging Wellnite and found another company whos listed therapists are actually available (ended up finding one of the two therapists I was interested in and have an appointment scheduled!) Two days later, Wellnite sends me another text asking if im "still interested" in an appointment with the last offered therapist, when I was never interested in the first place. Im seeking therapy for help not more annoyances or frustrations. The only good note I can give is they reached out to me fairly quickly following my scheduling request and provided quick answers/responses. I would not recommend this company after this experience nor will I attempt to contact them again.
