Remarkable app. Synchs with my wearable via healthconnect, and I have also linked to Claude AI. This gives immediate updates, analysis and feedback for all health metrics. Also can input lab readings and analyze if you want. AI combined with responsive staff gives me a great tool for healthy program!

This is the fitness app we’ve all been waiting for. No more constantly copy-and-pasting information into AI, uploading new data, and asking the same questions over and over. Everything is tracked in one place, and the AI actually understands your fitness journey. What really sets it apart is how the different AI coaches work together. You can have the fitness coach review your workouts and identify that you may be losing muscle, while the nutritionist can use that information to recommend higher-protein meals to help address it. Instead of giving you generic advice based on a snapshot of your data, the app is constantly building a picture of your progress and using that information to give you more relevant recommendations. It feels less like a fitness tracker and more like having a team of AI fitness professionals who actually know your history, your workouts, your nutrition, and your goals.

I've been using Wellness Project for a few months to bridge my Apple Health data (sleep, HRV, workouts, body composition) with Claude, and it's genuinely solved a problem I couldn't fix any other way. Before this, getting structured wearable data into an AI assistant meant clunky workarounds — this just works, with proper interpretation (sleep phases, recovery trends, HRV vs baseline) instead of raw numbers dumped into a spreadsheet. Logging meals, supplements, and workouts is quick, and having it all queryable through Claude makes weekly health reviews far more useful than manually checking five different apps. It's still early access and built by a very small team, so it has some rough edges you'd expect from a young product — but the core integration is solid and it's clearly improving. Recommended if you want your health data to actually be useful, not just collected.
