We purchased several items from Wellfor for our bathroom remodel including a new medicine chest. Our first one was too small and we returned it for a full credit. We purchased a larger unit and it arrived in excellent shape. The whole process was handled very well and Cathy provided excellent assistance with the return and processing the credit.

I ordered the wrong color shower faucet system. I reordered the right color. Was told they would send me a label to return. I have the label and all I have to do is get it to fed ex. Very prompt. I did the chat
