Great product and great fit for my kiddos!

Very good customer service on two occasions. First one happened when the masks I bought leaked like a sieve. I was given store credit and I didn’t have to go through the trouble of mailing them back. Second time, when I wrote a review lamenting brittle head straps on 3M N95s, their customer service immediately replied and offered samples of Well Before KN95s. I’m praising them not because of the samples since I have my own N95s, but because they care enough to respond. I appreciate that very much.

I appreciate this company taking the time to actually sell mask that are truly fitting/adjustable for kids. It is hard trying to find durable and great quality well fitting mask for kids. I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt this company is more deserving and I am one very appreciative mother for their service. The delivery was very quick and unproblematic as well. Thank you!

Great mask at a good price. Straps seem a bit thin but have held up well. I actually cut them and tied them to go around my ears instead of over my head and that is much comfier!
