From start to finish my experience with WellBefore customer service has been exceptional! I was less than thrilled with the product, and at first was offered a store credit. I declined and indicated I would donate the unused portion if I could not get a refund. The immediate response was that I could get a refund after returning the unused product. And the rest is history! Throughout the entire process the customer service Reps were patient, professional, responsive, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience! After much research for kids’ masks, I came across this brand, which was highly recommended in several “best of” articles. The KN95 masks I was looking at was sold out, but I signed up to receive email notifications. Once they were back in stock, I jumped on it and purchased 40. Love these masks! They’re individually wrapped, high quality, stay put, seem to be comfortable for our child and - most importantly - offer more protection than the average cloth kids’ mask. Fantastic masks for the price!

I always use WellBefore for my mask purchases. I work in a hospital and while we are provided masks, I still purchase some of my own. Been with them from the start. Fast shipping and there are additional products that are worth a look.
