WellBeforeReviews of wellbefore.com

Wellbefore is an unbelievable company. Not only are the quality of their products superb compared to other retailers, but they are very receptive to feedback and both thoughtful and generous in their considerations. I am so grateful they can be dependable on products related to our health and safety. Thank you WellBefore!

I made a first-time purchase at the referral of a colleague. After buying KN-95 masks, I found that the ear loops were slightly looser than I anticipated. I decided to reach out to their customer support department with my concern, and they provided a resolution within 24 hours! So grateful to have made this purchase with WellBefore. Will definitely buy more masks from them in the future!

Always an awesome experience with Wellbefore.

Ordered masks for an event. The masks came on time and were fine for the event

I've ordered from Wellbefore several times. Service has always been prompt. The products have been reasonably priced.

Masks arrived as ordered in a timely fashion. Very happy with the product and the service.

You have been very helpful and anxious to solve my mask problems. WellBefore was not the problem; the masks were the problem. I am still trying to find the right fit. It might be that I should use a KN-95 rather the N-95. I did find almost the right fit (still too tight under the eyes but a terrific nose and chin fit) at a medical store, but their prices are very high. (It is important to have a tight fit around eyes, chin, nose). I really appreciate your reduced prices and a chance to buy a small number of masks to see if they are the right ones. Oh, yes, I should add that it is old age and probably sinus problems that causes the bags under the eyes that rebel against an extremely tight fit around the eyes. If I win the lottery, I will get plastic surgery. In the meantime, I will keep waiting for the color black to come in for one of your KN-95s that looks interesting. I'm going to experiment with you rather than the catalogs because your listings are very clear considering what is approved, released etc. Most of your masks are reduced prices and you let me buy a small number to test. Excellent well-made KN95 masks. I like the adjustable straps and the metal nose strip for a good fit. This is a reorder for me and I will reorder again.
