I ordered two different sizes of KN95 masks for my boys for school and when they arrived, realized one was far too small for either of them to wear. WellBefore's customer service was quick to say I could return all unopened masks and they would send out the correct size at no cost to me. Their assistance and fast service was greatly appreciated.

I wanted the face masks for a trip to France, and paid for expedited shipping. The masks arrived before I left, and I felt safe in the airplanes and terminals during my trip. I keep one in my car for when I feel I will be in more crowded situations. I received a notification that I had been in close proximity to someone who had come down with COVID-19, and tested negative. I had been wearing the WellBefore mask during an event that may have been my exposure..
