Manager Jeff R really made a wrong right. I greatly appreciate it! It's really nice to see great customer service in action. Original review: Overall my review sits between 2 1/2 to 3. I purchased the R*spokare N95 surgical mask. Several of the mask had defective weld straps. When I notified WellBefore about this it took over 4 company reps, many hours, weeks, emails, photos and damage report forms to finally resolve the issue. A lot of us as customers are front line workers & do not have the time or energy to deal with defective products that we're purchasing for safety. After I made my purchase I noticed other reviews sighting the defects of the R*spokare N95 masks.

This is my second order and very pleased as before. Again, great quality and always sent quickly. A very reliable product and company.

Adjustable ear length makes this the most comfortable mask that I have owned.

Love these masks! I also buy for adult sons and their families, especially the grandkids. We all love the quality and the packaging.
