Excellent product (KN95s), fair priced, and fast shipping. Tracking shipping was a little confusing when it showed the product had been sitting at our local post office. (Post office said they couldn't assist, and WellBefore said they couldn't.) However, WellBefore customer service was outstanding in explaining how/why that happens when I contacted via a live chat. In addition, the shipment arrived several days *before* it was promised. As much as I wish there wasn't a need to keep ordering masks for personal use, WellBefore is now my go-to! Great product, trustworthy company, excellent customer service, fair prices! Thank you!

Masks arrived promptly, good quality. Fit is a bit tight but can be eased by prestretching the elastic a bit.

These masks make me feel safe. They are comfortable and well fitting. I ordered small and adult because I have small bone structure as an elderly adult and found the adult fits perfectly.
