I ordered face masks through this site for my child and based on the size chart they should have fit, but when I received them, they sadly did not fit correctly. Customer service was excellent in making sure I was completely satisfied and gave me a refund. They were also very prompt in their communication, which is impressive. As a first time customer I found this company to be top notch from beginning to end. They seem to value their customers and want to make sure they are completely satisfied.
