I originally purchased the WellBefore KN95 mask because of the great online reviews. They shipped right away and we had them within a few days. The adjustable straps were helpful, but the mask was a little small for my spouse. I contacted the WellBefore customer service and they suggested that we try the 3-D KN95 masks. They even sent us a free sample. The 3-D masks fits him much better and also has adjustable straps. The customer service was outstanding and I will be ordering more from WellBefore.

These masks are comfortable and appear to be well made. It is the only one I will use from now on. My wife says that the elastic loops around her ears are too tight.

Wanted a black mask & product exactly as described. Comfortable; arrived easier than promised. Wish masks were individually wrapped. Recommended.
