When my order didn't arrive due to apparently being lost, they sent me a new order right away and I received it in days! (Don't know what happened to the first order) These are the nicest masks we have ever used! Thank you! My husband and I work in a university setting so the masks are very necessary!

I was so glad to discover these masks with adjustable ear loops. All the masks I have tried previously have been too tight, and my ears hurt after about an hour. I can wear these WellBefore masks for as long as needed. I also appreciated the prompt service so that I would have the masks for an upcoming trip.

We had a great experience with Wellbefore costumer service when a package went missing. (Not their fault). I appreciated the prompt reply and the items we ordered were exactly as expected.
