Quality products, a great selection and fast shipping. The only negative is the price, I ordered 20 masks and paid over $50 for them. No stars taken off for that because the products themselves are superior. But I have to reuse the masks many times to make them worth the price.

Great in delivery time

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM WELL BEFORE I must update my previous review of Well Before. I was indeed shocked that this company really pays attention to reviews and took immediate action. Before I could even contact Well Before, I received a call from a very kind and concerned CSR who apologized for this snafu and relayed that the PO stated this pkg. had been lost. This company provided me several options of having the order resent, receiving a gift card, or refund. It was even willing to allow me to obtain my masks in a different color and allowed me time to make a decision. The same rep called back on time today. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was out of stock and without a definite date of being in stock. Furthermore, I just received the May sub. pkg. today! This rep. took the time to find a solution as I decided to cancel my subscription at present until I restart later. I decided to take the refund for the lost pkg. which was immediately processed and would return this new pkg. unopened with the shipping label the company would email me. After receipt, the current amount charged would be refunded. To my surprise, this company decided that I should keep the current pkg. with an immediate refund also for the time and trouble I had encountered which I protested, but the rep. stated all was well and done. I would be notified when the other color was back in stock and could choose how to make any future purchases or do another sub. So amazing as I also apologized for my failure to contact Well Before immediately and give them the opportunity to provide a solution. Therefore, I humbly retract my previous rating to a well-deserved 5 star or higher if I could for this wonderful experience and encourage all to confidently examine their array of products and support services! Be safe. Thanks so very much. This package was never received and I do not want any charges made to my account. I received continual notices from USPS about delivery date changes and exceptions with item never rec’d this time. This is the first incident since I subscribed at a great price for the set of black face masks- KN 95 with adjustable ear loops that are very handy! I plan to notify Well Before after waiting practically the entire month. I plan to pause this sub and inquire if I can change the color or get a multi-colored pack. Thank you.

As a physician, I trust the products I get from WellBefore to protect me and be comfortable for all day use. I also love choosing new colors for masks. Items are shipped on time.

These are great masks. Thought of everything to make them comfortable and most protective, safe.
