I ordered 2 kinds of masks from WellBefore and they arrived on schedule. I liked the fact that each mask was individually wrapped. Unfortunately, the KN95 masks are too small for my head and because of that, very uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. They almost immediately got back to me and offered some solutions. I really appreciate that they were concerned and wanted to make me happy. This is so unusual these days. I have been purchasing masks from WellBefore for many months and with the recent concerns about mask validity, I did finally receive confirmation from them that their KN95's are FDA registered. Apparently they use multiple manufacturers which made it difficulty to know if they are one of the trusted companies, but I am reassured to know their masks are of high quality.

Wellbefore has fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong masks, and their exchange process was so quick and efficient. Customer service reps were very kind. I love their KN95 masks, and they have kept me safe thus far in the classroom while I teach during this pandemic. Highly recommend this company!

Great company to deal with. My order was shipped immediately despite the demand of the current covid surge. Unfortunately the USPS lost my package. Within 5 minutes of contacting the company I received a text notifying me of my refund. Problem resolved. I would not hesitate to make a purchase with this company.
