I have ordered from this company multiple times and am very happy with the quality of the products. Their customer service is also top notch! There was a bit of a mix up with the carrier that delivered my last order and the WellBefore team was so accessible and helpful in getting everything sorted out. I will absolutely continue to be a customer and to refer them to family and friends!

As usual, the ordering, notifications, and service were outstanding. I really like my 5-layer mask; it has a great fit around the chin, cheeks, and eyes, and the nose wire and ear strings are adjustable. This mask has the oval, 3D shape rather than the pointed one that makes me look like a dwarf. And, the breathing and talking are easy with this mask. I did have questions about the who and where of the manufacturing process. Also, I was confused about the country behind this mask and its category. The WellBefore support staffer replied to my many questions with very thorough answers. and she sent me a link for FDA that shows the manufacturer as registered. Thanks for talking for my mask. Excellent masks and delivered in time! Highly recommend

Great company for mask purchases. They all fit differently and I was allowed to return unused masks that didn’t work for me. The KF 94 fits me great and the 4 layer surgical mask fits my husband the best. Love that the masks are individually wrapped.
