WellBeforeReviews of wellbefore.com

I have purchased from WellBefore since they were founded. Excellent company. Fast reliable service. I trust them to provide legitimate products.

A++++ I recently ordered the wrong size masks on Well Before website. After I received them I asked if I could return for refund or replacement. Not only did they give me a credit they told me to keep the ones I received. They were prompt with response and I will be donating the "free" masks to someone who can use them. Btw..I am using their 3D N95 mask and they are tight fitting for me, comfortable to breathe and a great price. Thanks again Well Before. I'm a loyal customer!! Marc M. Quakertown PA.

I recently placed an order for the children’s ear looped KN95 mask size regular, 9-12 years old. The were too big for my son (I ended up using it). I ordered the 3D one as well for 9-12 and they fit much better, he is 7 years old and has a narrow face. I also ordered the ear looped one for 5-8 old, for my 6 years old but he has chubby cheeks, the mask looked like a good fit but the ear loop seemed about 1 inch too short. The face masks looks and feels like good quality. I especially like the 3D ones, it seems like there is more coverage. The colors are nice and subtle. I had coworkers ask me about the mask since they said it looked nice. Customer service was excellent as I had some issues with my order. They acknowledge my problem and even though it took a couple of back and forth emails they did everything they could to resolve my problem.

Good communication, items are always packaged nicely and quickly delivered. Thank you.

I have spent a lot of time looking for high-quality masks to fit my 3 and 6 year olds and I have finally found them at wellbefore. The KF94s are perfect for them and come in very small sizes that fit tiny faces. I also use the adult sized ones for myself.

Masks are great quality and shipping was as promised. Our family uses the 3D masks and love the added adjusters on the elastic so they fit well. These are our go to masks and have ordered multiple times over the last couple of years.

Good, well priced product. Fits correctly and like how it comes individually wrapped.

Everything ordered arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and was of quite good quality.
