For the first time in “pandemic world,” I no longer have the “are these real?”, “are they actually going arrive?”, “are the reviews by real people and are about the item listed?” etc anxiety when searching for and ordering masks. I received real, high quality masks that I trust are up to the specs they claim.

I bought some masks online but although the quality is really good, the masks were too small for me. I wrote a review saying as much and said I would donate the unused masks to a family with kids. Almost immediately, a representative from the company Jeff Rojas wrote and said they were refunding my money. I hadn't even asked or anticipated this but am very grateful and will still pass along the masks in hope they'll be helpful to someone else. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!
