Had an issue with kid’s size mask and adult small, which are essentially the same size. Received email offering to return unused mask for a store credit or refund, but have yet to receive info on return process/details. Will just keep the adults smalls and use for the grandkids. Mask are great quality and fit very well. Update: Wellbefore reached out and made good on the store credit. 5 stars for attentive customer service.
