We are happy with our KN95 masks and filters. We are still waiting to be notified when the new supply that we requested is again in stock. Cobie

Hi Cobie - Hope you are doing well and staying safe. Thank you so much for your feedback, we're happy you are satisfied with our products. We are working hard to get the different versions of our KN95 back in stock, we know how popular they are. Please make sure you sign up for the notifications for when they are back in stock as they sell out fast. We appreciate your business and trust. Thank you, WellBefore CS

I've been a faithful patron of Wellbefore since the start, when they were HonestPPE. They are great. Although, I've noticed lately though that it's harder to place orders since all of a sudden, they won't let you buy smaller quantities of products, which greatly limits their availability to me, since I'm living far below the federal poverty line. Before I could buy one mask for 3.99 plus shipping, for example, but now it only comes in a pack of a certain number. That number is usually much higher than I can afford recently. I hope this doesn't continue to be the trend, since this is the only online PPE seller I trust and I would be risking defective/counterfeit masks for myself and my four year old son.

Hi Rachel - Hope you are doing well and staying safe. Thank you so much for the positive feedback. We are committed to fair pricing with low minimum quantities shipped straight to your door. Unfortunately some manufacturers have reached out to us and have kindly asked us not to repack their masks as they need to ship in the original boxes. However the good thing is there are still other masks that we offer at only 2 qty minimum. Let us know if you need recommendations based on what you've used in the past. We want to make sure you and your family are safe so regardless reach out to us before your next order so we can figure out solutions. You can email [email protected] and mention "Rachel from TP." Thanks again for your trust, we appreciate you. WellBefore CS
SHADE
slow shipping but fine

Hi Shade - Hope you are doing well and staying safe. Thank you for your positive feedback. We still are tracking all orders to be filled within 24 hours however after they are picked up by UPS we lose a lot of control over speed. If it becomes a big issue in the future please reach out and we will try to get to the bottom of the problem. We appreciate your business! Thank you, WellBefore CS
JMeng
Great quality. Quick fulfillment. Wish the KN95mask had a pocket on the inside to hold the charcoal filter option.
Response from WellBeforeMar 11, 2021
Hi JMeng - Hope you are safe and well. Thank you for your positive rating and feedback. We have it in our product pipeline to work on a KN95 that replaces one of the melt-blown or non-woven layers with a charcoal layer so that you do not need to add a filter on top, which structurally is a little complicated. If you have some use cases you can present us for why you use charcoal filter it will help us manufacture the right product faster. Feel free to email [email protected] with the subject "JMeng from TP" and I'll flag it properly for the product team. Thank you, WellBefore CS

Maybe a few too many hoops to jump through for prior approval, but otherwise just fine!
Response from WellBeforeMar 11, 2021
Hi Tony hope you are safe and well. Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if there were hurdles to jump through but if you have time and can let us know your experience ([email protected]) I will make sure we improve the process so that it's more seamless. We appreciate your trust and positive words. Thank you, WellBefore CS
Kay
A couple times I wore the mask my glasses did not fog up. Good fit. Black dye starting to come off in spots leaving white areas. Next time I will get white masks. Does not pull on ears and I have a rounded face.
