Prompt shipping, solid product (only one mask had defective elastics so failed in mid use), good variety of products, excellent customer service/responsiveness. I rate them highest of those mask suppliers I have tried and am very happy to have a stash of their masks. Other providers, even those recommended in NY Times and elsewhere, have proved pretty terrible (Bonafide, for one, sorry to report).

Besides the obvious need for actual trusted functional air filtration, these masks don’t have any unpleasant oder and aren’t uncomfortable as these things go. Ok, the N 95 is a bit much, somewhat uncomfortable. But, the 3d kn95 one isn’t bad. 5 stars.

The masks arrived quickly and well packaged individually. Easy to keep a spare in the car or a handbag. They have directions for use and detailed information regarding the mask on each one such as the NIOSH numbers. I highly recommend this mask.
