The received N95 masks were not comfortable and could wear it for log time during travel. I tried to reach customer service during last week of Jan'22 to get replacement KN-95 masks instead. Hoeever, there seems to have been a glitch in their customer handling during that time. Jeff Rojas did reach me back later. I had a great interaction with Jeff and very promptly Jeff did not only take care of the issue by refunding the original order that was uncomfortable, and also is sending 5 complimentary KN-95 masks for the inconvenience. The customer interaction has been phenomenal. I will for sure buying from WellBefore any needs in the future.
