I had received the regular size masks and noted that they were too big. Upon seeing my review that day, the company contacted me and asked to send me the other size with no fee to return. Great customer service.

What made my experience great is that I have never shopped at well before, before, and the first time I did today, I made the order by mistake. It was mistake because I thought, like so many other vendors I use, shipping would be free, but it was not. But well before cancel my mistaken order immediately at my request. Which allowed me to buy the same product on Amazon with free shipping? Thank you well before.

Their KN95Pro masks are very comfortable and, from what I've read, have been 3rd party tested. Had a shipper delivery problem and they were helpful resolving it.
