WellBefore was a lifesaver suppling the masks we needed so desperately. I got the subscription and found that I didn’t need 40 masks when I haven’t needed so many due to the winding down of the mask mandates. I live in Mexico where protocols are still in place. I always ware a mask in public to protect myself and others. My husband and I are high risk as so many of our friends being in the senior population.I so appreciate the attention I got from wellBefore with immediate delivery. We can see daylight! Bravo to your excellent customer service and understanding when I canceled my subscription. I just didn’t want to hoard the availability to so many that really need your availability. A huge thank you to Tina, in cs, for helping with a missing order. Somehow, my package of n95 masks disappeared off the face of the earth. Tina looked into it and sent out a replacement, which was here in 2 days. 2. Days. 2. That's amazing customer service and so incredibly appreciated. My mom was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and these are the only masks she likes when she has appointments. This is the reason I have the monthly subscription set up. They're soft, easy to fit your face, light, and very comfortable. They've become my favorite, too, out of all the n95s I've recently picked up. Thank you, Tina, for being so awesome and taking care of us. And thanks to wellbefore for having a great selection and subscription plan. You've made our lives a little bit easier.

I found their N95s fit better than the N95s I bought somewhere else. I had read about them in the New York Times in an article that recommending where to buy authentic N95s, and I’m really happy with their products and service.
