These masks are easily adjustable to fit your face, both for myself (adult woman) and for a young teen. Breathing does not feel restricted and the mask does not irritate the face. I would definitely recommend these for women and teens.

Well Before’s 3D masks are the only ones we have found that the whole family likes. The adjustable ear loops make it comfortable to wear throughout the school day. Because it sits off the face it doesn’t get moist like other masks.
