These are my favorite KN95 masks but the ear straps are too short. Customer service is great and when I emailed them about the ear straps being too short they sent me extra strap things to put on my head to help add more slack for my apparent gigantic head but it didn’t help. I just wear them for short periods. But I highly recommend if ur head is average size or smaller.

I received my order promptly, and I liked the masks. The adjustable ear loops are especially useful for me, as I have a wide face. The main negative is that the chin part of the mask is too short for me, so I keep tugging it downward, which pulls the upper part of the mask too low. (Too low meaning the wire band squeezes across my nostrils, making breathing uncomfortable.)

Material is very thick, however it is also very stiff so there are some small gaps between my face and the mask. Not my favorite n95 I’ve tried. It’s also quite small and I already have a small face!

This product does compare very favorably to other KN95s. I like the individual wraps. Jury is still out -- might go to 5 stars as we gain more experience with these masks.

Great product, and I love how it comes in multiple sizes! My only complaint is that either an option other than individual packaging either doesn't exist or I couldn't find it. I have no need for all that packaging, and the amount of waste will prevent me from purchasing this product again. If there is an option for the petite size masks that is NOT individually packaging, please let me know.

Masks arrived quickly and was especially surprising with so many shipping and mailing delays. Masks individually packaged and appear to be great quality. Unfortunately masks did not fit my 8 yr old daughter. It was my 2nd try and even after measuring masks didn’t fit. Return policy states cannot return once open so my niece is getting use of them, she is 2.5 yr old. Would recommend based on quality and shipping but sizing was unfortunately a struggle for us. Well Before had been highly recommended to me..

I did a fair amount of research on masks and the WellBefore K-95 masks that I purchased (black) were on the CDC list as being equivalent to N-95 but at a better price. I like the way they are made and how they fit but they are a bit scratchy on my face so I'm trying to figure out how to get other material or another mask underneath it to make it more comfortable. Hopefully they can figure out something before I buy my next batch.
