How much of good stuff can I say about the products and service with this company. I had small issue with a couple of masks I bought while back, when I brought it to attention of customer service they offered a solution that was more than fair and executed quickly. Thanks it may sound corny but it’s good to be appreciated as a customer and in a true sense is so rare these days but not with this company.

I have ordered masks several times at WellBefore. I found their masks to be very comfortable and easy to wear and I was completely satisfied. I had an issue with my last order and I discussed the matter with customer support. They understood my concerns and promptly replaced the masks. I could not ask for better customer service. I will continue supporting WellBefore.

The three most important factors when you buy anything, Is it a good product, well made and offers prompt delivery. This company passed the test. Customer service was on mark too. I would buy again from this company. USA

The information on their website is very helpful. I ordered what I wanted, it was shipped pretty quickly and I got emails with updates. Everything went well.

The products I ordered, KN-95 masks are of excellent quality and fit very well. Delivery was always on time and customer service, top-notch. On the one occasion when product could not be delivered on time due to supply chain issues, I was kept fully informed.

This is the best place to get masks. I've never had a site give me service and concern for my purchase the way this site has done. I ordered masks that didn't fit the first time, and they contacted me to offer me free samples to choose a better size. The quality of the product is also excellent, quality layers with breathability, and for the black masks, inside and outside are both black. Highly recommend!
