I am editing my review after promptly hearing from the customer service team. As a first time customer, I was confused and accidentally purchased some regular 3D KN95 masks when I was attempting to order all 3D Pro KN95 masks that come with the nose foam and fit very similarly to the mask model I normally use. The 3D Pro KN95s are a fantastic mask if you normally wear an Aura but need an ear strap model or need some fun colors and patterns. Even though it turns out it was my mistake, the team was very kind in allowing me to exchange the models I accidentally purchased for the ones that I wanted. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for a well made, well fitting, and stylish mask.

I had to exchange the size and they made it very easy. The masks are very well made, and although I only tried one briefly, very comfortable, plus beautiful colors. I am looking forward to get them in my size.

The fit is good. They do have a smell that is inside the mask that I find unpleasant.

WellBefore is a truly amazing, generous company. First and foremost, a lot of my mask bloc's regulars love their masks (especially their petite KN95s for kids and those with just generally smaller faces). Plus, their N99s have become my go-tos for personal use. And then, to add to that, when I reached out to them because I was running low on the aforementioned small masks for my org's mutual aid purposes, they were not only super friendly, but made quick work of sending me a donation of 500 petite masks (400 petite regular and 100 petite small) for the mask bloc!
