Good mask design but have had problems with the elastic ear loops pulling off.

Product great. Customer service great too. Things are often out of stock is the only downside.

EDIT: After writing my review, WellBefore reached out to me for a better understanding of my experience and wanted to make it right. Jeff went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure my refund was headed my way, he was going to replace the order at no cost to me. The masks I was looking for were now out of stock but he added me to the list. My new masks showed up today! I am very appreciative for the corrective action and will order again. I ordered a large amount of masks for our family, including for the kids. I ordered by the measurements provided and they were much too small. Customer service was great and the exchanged the masks. The new masks never showed up, but CS kept asking me to wait. After three weeks they never showed up and they verified that on their end. By then, they were no longer offering replacements, just money back. I still haven’t received my refund and I’m out the masks I needed. During this time, I foolishly ordered more masks for my kiddo and those also didn’t show up. They refunded that money as well, which I have yet to see. I would not order from them again!

Fast shipping and good protection

These masks (N99 and KN95 with head straps) were more uncomfortable than I expected.

Our masks arrived on the scheduled delivery date and we immediately started wearing them to protect against the omicron variant. The masks fit snugly with two behind the head straps and we consider ourselves to be well protected when we are out in public.

I can't seem to get the nose piece to conform well so it's not a super fit.
