The masks are comfortable and fit well I ordered a sample pack but when I received it, it did not include any large size masks. Luckily the small and mediums fit my family members I tried to use various discounts that the company emailed me but none worked

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the masks are comfortable and fit well for you and your family members. Regarding the large size masks, the Premium Sample Pack which you ordered does not include large sizes, as noted on our website. We apologize if this caused any confusion. We’re reaching out to you privately to help with any discount issues or additional questions so we can make sure you get the right sizes and the offers you were hoping for. Thank you again for your review, your input helps us improve! Warm regards,

Customer
I like this company and have ordered in the past. The masks are of good quality and arrive quickly. Customer service is also great. The only issue I had this time was trying to get my educator discount. I submitted my contract because I had not yet received my school ID. Apparently it had to be verified which was frustrating as I couldn’t order that day and had to wait. I didn’t receive a follow up email confirming this with a code. I’d like this process to be more streamlined because as educators there are many of us who still take Covid precautions and we pay out of pocket for PPEs. As such any discount makes a difference.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for being a returning customer. We’re so glad to hear you value the quality of our masks and service. We truly appreciate the work educators like you do, and we’re sorry the discount verification process caused frustration. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’ll be looking into how we can make this smoother for educators moving forward.

Quick delivery! these masks fit well, aren't too tight on the ears and very breathable all while having stylish options. No complaints here

Dear Ziyana, Thank you for the wonderful review! 💫 We're so happy to hear the masks arrived quickly and that you're loving the fit, comfort, and style. It means a lot to know they're working well for you — no complaints is music to our ears! 😊✨ Warm regards,

This was a re-order from a couple years ago. I have no doubt it’s the same great mask, but I miss the durable wrap that each mask was packed in two years ago. The masks are still individually packaged but the plastic is lower quality now and could tear open more easily. Otherwise great product.
Response from WellBeforeAug 10, 2025
Hi Liz, Thank you so much for your continued support and for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the masks and we understand your concern about the packaging quality. We will share this with our production team to explore ways to improve durability while keeping the masks protected. We would love the chance to turn your 4 star experience into a 5 star one. If there is anything more we can do to make that happen, please let us know. We are always here to help. Cheers, Support
Chelsea
Good customer service. The masks are good but there’s a huge difference between the adult small and regular, the adult small is almost exactly the same size as my preschool aged child’s masks while the adult regular is much too big for my face. I’ve tried all the sizes and varieties but none fit my face. Please make a kn95 mask to fit people who are in the 30mm gap between small and regular.
Response from WellBeforeAug 4, 2025
Hi Chelsea, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and for recognizing our customer service. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the sizing of our KN95 masks hasn't worked out for you. We understand how frustrating it can be to not find the perfect fit, especially when you're between sizes. Your suggestion for a mask that fills that gap is incredibly valuable, and we've passed it along to our product team for consideration. In the meantime, if there's anything we can do to improve your experience or help you find a better solution, please let us know. We'd love the opportunity to turn your 4-star experience into a 5-star one. Warm Regards, WellBefore Customer Experience Team
