Hi Gladys, we're sorry to know this had happened with your latest order, so please let us clarify a bit. Our products are constantly made of the same materials, and with that we mean they are not changed in this matter, so we do not affect their efficiency, and safety for the user. However, we do make updates in the design to make them more comfortable for our customers based on the reviews we receive, like yours, but size is something we try to keep the same always, to avoid these problems, so please apologize us if the last order arrived in a different size.
